Cougar Sitings along the Dungeness

The Peninsula Daily News today reports on a man who had two cougar encounters over two days along the Dungeness. Luckily his dog was well trained and did not chase the cat. But it points out that we live in cougar country and it is well advised to be alert and prepared to back away and not do anything to engage a cat if seen.
