Thank you Al for the direct link. The bill overhauling or eliminating duplication in the Dept of Ecology is daunting to read unless you have all the codes on one screen and the new bill on the other. This along with the Christmas gift of Ecology presenting a new Chapter 16 for Aquaculture in Shoreline programs is almost too much for impacted citizens to digest – especially at the last minute and a short Legislative session.
