VOTE – It’s your chance to protect the environment for the price of a stamp!

And you can even avoid that by dropping your ballot off at the courthouse!

The endorsements of the Olympic Peninsula Environmental News is found on the “Voters Issues – Fall 2010” tab on the top of the front page.

These endorsements are based on the candidates own positions on environmental issues.  While this year the bulk of candidates we have endorsed are democrat, we would gladly support Republicans who do deliver on environmental protections. Unfortunately, the Republican party here on the peninsula appears to be engaged in a campaign to smear any environmental protections, and is publicly calling for their roll back. Given that, you will see far more democrats on the list than Republicans.

Issues and initiatives are also listed, as best we could call them.

Since this publication is not part of a non profit, we can actually make recommendations.
