Bluff collapse caught on video in Port Townsend

Looks like out on Middlepoint. But this highlights that the work of the SMP to put larger buffers in place on homes on bluffs is not just an exercise in environmentalists putting restrictions on home builders. Bluffs are dynamic ecosystems that, like glaciers, react in timescales that are long for us, but when they sluff it’s pretty dramatic.
