UPDATE, 5:38 p.m.: The Washington Fish and Wildlife Commission unanimously decided today to ban giant Pacific octopus hunting across seven popular scuba sites in the Puget Sound. The rules, which take effect this fall, prohibit theactivity at the following locations:
