Comment period: May 22 – June 28, 2019
We invite you to comment on draft Agreed Order 16293 and the associated State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) determination of nonsignificance on the Port Townsend Paper mill’s proposal to replace an existing piece of equipment that takes old corrugated containers (such as cardboard) and turns them into pulp for making new containers.
